It is impossible to say “Supermoto” without thinking of Thomas Chareyre. Nobody has won more races than him: Five world titles – winning each one on the innately Italian TM – and six victories with the French national team at the SuperMoto of Nations. Chareyre started his racing career with Motocross at the tender age of six, but it soon became clear to him that riding the same bike without knobs would give him greater freedom of expression. He tried it out in 2007 and is still considered the benchmark today. He was born in Àles, France, on March 18, 1988.
