Are the official Dainese/AGV Stores closed?

For countries currently in lockdown, we kindly ask you to check possible store closure considering the following link: Dainese Stores

In case stores are closed, all online pick up in store orders will be suspended.
Moreover, it will not be possible to return orders in store.

Which are the delivery times for my order? Are they going to be longer than usual?

Due to the high volume of requests received in these days, orders might be processed with a slight delay than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery times will depend partly on our couriers and on the areas where they will have to deliver. There may be delays in deliveries due to mobility restrictions imposed by local administrations.

I made an order with delivery in store before the stores closed. How can I get it?

Our Consumer Care Team is already contacting customers who recently placed an order with pick-up in store delivery but haven’t collected it yet. If you haven’t received an e-mail from us where we request an alternative address or in case you need further information, please contact us at this link.

How can I return my order?

Login to your Account (if you are registered) or to your Order Page (if you are not registered).

Please follow the instructions to request the return.
Please remember to indicate your order number on the return shipment.

PLEASE NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT: For non-EU countries, please contact our Consumer Care Team at the following link to receive the proforma invoice for Customs that must be included with the shipment.

At the moment, the production of Custom Works garments is on time. If you need information about your order or you are interested in ordering a Custom Works garment, please directly contact us through the Contact Us Form here.
