As of March, a replica of the GP-Tech helmet worn by Valentino Rossi at the Misano MotoGP in 2011 will be available in stores. This limited edition helmet features comic strip graphics, illustrating the bad thoughts of Valentino about the tough 2011 season, in a GP-Tech version that is top of the range at AGV.
Flashes of anger, curses, skulls and black cats are the chosen graphics. Designed, planned and developed with the technical support of Valentino, the GP-Tech helmet combines lightness, ventilation and comfort with a highly innovative and aerodynamic design. Environmentally friendly water-based varnishes are used for the helmet that is entirely made in Italy.
For Valentino Rossi, Misano is his home Gran Prix therefore the helmet just had to show the coat of arms of the municipality of Tavullia and ironic references to his two dogs.
The helmet will be on sale for 745 euros.
