Product Liability
Motorcycling and other dynamic sports described by AGV are inherently dangerous activities, which may result in personal injury and/or death.
AGV's products are designed to offer comfort and performance and while all riders should wear helmet and appropriate protective equipment, no product can offer complete protection from injury or damage to individuals and property in case of fall, collision, impact, loss of control or otherwise.
Each individual rider and other sportsman should be familiar with the practised activity recognize the wide range of foreseeable hazards and decide whether to assume the risks inherent in such activity. Motorcycle riders and other sportman must be familiar with the capabilities and limitations of the activity they practice and the equipment they are using.
